These Terms govern your use of webuyshoes.com and the buying services of Sole Revival Cincy LLC, doing business as WeBuyShoes.com ("we," "us"): purchases at our Cincinnati showroom, pickups by our team, purchases by mail, and purchases through the Cashout: Sell Sneakers app. By using the site, contacting us or selling to us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

We buy sneakers, designer footwear, handbags, streetwear, watches, jewelry and related goods directly from their owners. We are a buyer — not a consignment service, auction platform or pawn shop. Items we buy are processed through our showroom at 11711 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the rightful owner of anything you offer us. By offering items you confirm they are yours free of liens or claims, were not stolen or obtained by fraud, and are authentic to the best of your knowledge (or that you've told us about any doubts). Ohio law may require us to record your government-issued ID for certain purchases. We may decline any item for any reason.

3. Offers

Every offer is made by a member of our buying team after reviewing your photos or inspecting the items. Offers made from photos are confirmed on inspection; if an item differs materially from how it was shown or described, we may revise or withdraw the offer. We don't provide automated valuations. An offer is not a guarantee of purchase until we have inspected the items and you have accepted the final number.

4. No obligation

Requesting an offer, booking a pickup or visiting the showroom creates no obligation to sell. If you decline, you keep your items and owe us nothing — no fees, travel charges or appraisal costs.

5. Authentication

Items are authenticated by our team using physical inspection and reference comparison, in your presence for in-person purchases. We don't take custody of items we haven't bought. If, within 7 days of a purchase, we determine an item is inauthentic or materially different from how it was represented, we may return it to you and recover the purchase price.

6. Payment

We pay when the sale is complete: in person by cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay or check (wire for large lots); for shipped items, on verification, by Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Apple Pay. Store credit, where offered, is non-transferable and redeemable only at Sole Revival. Once payment is accepted the sale is final, except as described in Section 5.

7. Shipping to us

When you ship items using a prepaid label we provide, we cover shipping and provide insurance for the declared offer amount on that label. Pack items securely; we aren't responsible for damage caused by inadequate packing. If we pass on an item after inspection, we return it at our expense. Items unclaimed 60 days after we've attempted to return them may be treated as abandoned.

8. Pickups and visits

Pickups are scheduled at a safe location you choose. We may end a visit at any time and may decline service to anyone. Please tell us about material defects, repairs or restorations before the appraisal, and don't record our team without consent. We don't charge cancellation fees; please give us notice if your plans change.

9. Service area

Any quantity across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Pickups elsewhere in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, and nationwide trips for high-value lots, are at our discretion. Shipping through the Cashout app is available throughout the United States.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this site is the property of Sole Revival Cincy LLC or its licensors. Brand names referenced on this site (Nike, Jordan, Yeezy, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Hermès, Rolex, Supreme and others) are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The site and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the site or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount we paid you in the most recent transaction or $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sole Revival Cincy LLC and its officers and agents against claims and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, any misrepresentation about items you sell us, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms; the date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the revision. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
